ARQUES sells Carl Froh

ARQUES Industries AG has sold its subsidiary, Carl Froh, based in Sundern, to the management. The transfer of the shares will take place on January 01, 2011. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price. In the course of the sale the group financial liabilities are further reduced by approximately ' 20 million.
