The Gigaset HC450 intercom is an intelligent yet simple way to control an entrance intercom with a Gigaset cordless phone. At the touch of a button, users can speak to visitors standing at the front door, open the door and even switch on the light.

The new Gigaset HC450 intercom offers real benefits to residents of single-family and duplex homes, as it allows them to speak to visitors using their cordless phone from anywhere within the house. Running to answer the front door is now a thing of the past, by simply pressing a button on a Gigaset cordless phone the door can be opened. With call forwarding all these functions can also be used remotely from a mobile phone, for example to let the cleaning lady in or to ask the postman to leave a package with a neighbor. The DECT wireless standard ensures a secure and stable connection to the intercom in the same way as it does to all cordless phones in the home.
