Like all Gigaset cordless phones, it also variably reduces transmitting power from the handset to base station according to their distance apart. You can also reduce the transmitting power of the Gigaset C380’s base station by 80%* simply by choosing ECO Mode. Or even reduce the transmitting power of both handset and base station to almost zero by docking the phone**.
