24-month manufacturer warranty
Manufacturing and/or material defects can still occur even when we take the greatest care to prevent them. That's why all of our devices come with a 24-month manufacturer warranty on the device itself and the non-replaceable batteries. This just goes without saying. Naturally, ecological sustainability is also important to us. With this in mind, we prefer to repair a device rather than replace it. This also gives you the added benefit that your valuable data will not be lost and you will not need to set up your smartphone from scratch.
Three months of free protection against display breakage and moisture damage
Not closed your jacket pocket properly? Not been careful when brushing your teeth? Display breakage and moisture damage happen sooner than you think. With the Gigaset service promise, that's no longer a problem — simply report the damage directly to Gigaset Customer Care within 90 days of purchase and return the faulty device with the shipping label provided. We will check the damage and, if you have a valid claim, we will repair your smartphone and return it to you — all free of charge. Testing, repairs and returns are usually carried out on the same day, so you will only have to do without your smartphone for a few days.
